    I wear an eleven or twelve (US) depending on the manufacturer.

    This one's a thirteen/fourteen (EUR) and quite a large design to begin with.

    I feel like a clown in them sometimes.

    Oh, I think I simply must do this. But dress shoes or running shoes? These are the tough choices.
